Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Wholesale Supplies Plus, we strive to ensure your soap and cosmetic making supplies meet the highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly mark the outside of the box with your assigned RMA number.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
